Ordering

How to order:
Payment: We accept all major credit cards .. see cart for details. Delivery is only via USPS; no pick up or hand delivery.

Product selection:
Colors & patterns vary a bit from batch to batch & by whim; I try to keep photos as current as possible. Scents may differ slightly from season to season as well; essential oils are natural products.

If you are uncertain about your selections or choices, please email before ordering, as for hygenic reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless we've sent the wrong item.

Item descriptions include scent and ingredients, and product labels also list all ingredients, so if you have sensitivities or concerns, please ask before ordering and read before using.

For external use only.
Do not use any product that you are allergic or sensitive to. In the event of irritation, discontinue use immediately. Sensitive skins may be irritated by spice, mint, and lemongrass oils.

Shipping:
We ship as economically as possible (USPS) & all orders include tracking.
Please be careful to enter your correct address in the ship-to fields as that's where your package will go.

Local customers:

The farm and soap studio are not open to the public nor can orders be picked up here, nor do I deliver. (I'm too busy making soap). During Farmers' Market season, you can of course buy directly at my booth at the Bonners Ferry Farmer's Market in downtown Bonners Ferry on Saturdays, and also at various fairs and sales in the area throughout the year. Check my Facebook page for news & upcoming sales.

Delivery: We accept the USPS' statement of delivery as proof of delivery.
If you can't find a package marked Delivered by the USPS, check with your housemates and/or the post office to see where the delivery person has left it; sometimes a new delivery person will set things in odd places.
If the USPS loses your package, we can help you file a claim.

Damaged items:
If your order arrives damaged due to a problem with packing, please contact us within 48 hours so we can try to make it right; save all contents & packing.
If the package was damaged in transit, I can help you submit a damage claim with the USPS. (In about 25 years of shipping via USPS, neither of these have happened).

I travel a lot, and have bought artisan soaps all over the U.S. and in several other countries. Your soap is by far the best I have ever used! It has a wonderful, rich lather that is like silk cream on my skin. I can’t wait to take a shower every day just because I can use your soap! No other soap has that same soft lather. I don’t know what your secret is, but please don’t ever stop making it! I order it from you online when I need it. It is the only soap I will use! 😁😇!

4 years ago we were visiting family in Idaho and I bought some of your lip balm. Since then every year when we come out I buy a year's worth. It is the most amazing stuff.
